1. Form must be filled out in its entirety. This includes:
- Your first and last name
- Your Email
- Your Phone Number

- Loan amount
- Approximate LTV
- Purchase Price (if a purchase)
- Description of this specific scenario

2. We accept brokered loans with the following criteria:
- Up to 70% LTV on Refinances
- Up to 70% LTV on Purchase of Single Family (NOO) and Multi Family (NOO)
- Up to 70% LTV on Commercial Purchases

3. Interest rates range from 8.99% to 11.99% and are based on the strength of the investment. Lower LTV typically will receive a lower interest rate.

4. AAAPM Investments allows brokers to charge any reasonable commission on the submitted application. AAAPM requires a minimum of 2 points for origination.

5. AAAPM Investments values our broker business. All commissions are paid through escrow.

6. You will receive an approval decision/feedback within a few business days assuming the file is complete, oftentimes the same day we can issue a loan proposal.
